The story follows Elliot, a character struggling with intense stage fright as he confronts his fears of dancing. This stop-motion short film, created during graduation at the St. Joost School of Art & Design in 2020, explores themes of courage and self-discovery.
The making process
Making this film mirrored the story itself, full of courage and self-discovery. Most skills were developed independently, guided by a mix of online tutorials and blog posts. From molding hands and building sets to working with lighting and creating clay face replacements.
